Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 tablespoonMilk powder
  2. 1 tablespoonInstant yeast
  3. 1 tablespoonSugar powder
  4. 1 tablespoonbutter
  5. as requiredsalt
  6. forStuffing.
  7. 1Chopped onion
  8. 1Chopped tomato
  9. 1Chopped capsicum
  10. 1/2 cupBoiled and mashed Rajma
  11. 1/4 cupBoiled corn
  12. 1 tbspGinger garlic chopped
  13. as requiredAll spices
  14. as requredoil
  15. 1/4 cupPizza sauce
  16. 1 tbspSchezwa chutney
  17. 1/4 cupcheese
  18. 1 tbspGarlic butter

Steps

    Take bowl add all the ingredients of dough and knead it with warm water and milk as required. And knead soft.

    Keep aside for prooving at least 1hour.

    After prooving roll it little thick. And cut in 4 equal pieces and again halves

    Arrange pieces overlapping accordingly.

    In a pan hot oil and saute ginger garlic. After add all vegetables and saute for a while. Add all spices and all sauce and corn, rajma. Give a nice toss.

    Now put stuffing on arranged dough and put cheese and fold accordingly.apply garlic butter on it for beautiful colour.

    Bake for 20-25minutes in preheated oven on180°and after keep it on rack for 10-15 minutes. Now serve with your favorite dip.
