In a bowl soak rice and dal for 4 hours, then grind well by adding required water and salt. Let it ferment for 6 hours

Then add chopped tomatoes and onions, mix well.

In a pan spread better and add 1 teaspoon oil. And cook for 2 min.

Sprinkle sambhar masala

Turn it and cook another 2 min.sprinkle grated cheese on it

Garnish with ketchup. Serve in serving plate.
