Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupboiled shredded chicken
  2. 1boiled potato
  3. 1/2 inchGinger
  4. 1green chilli
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. to tasteRed chilli powder
  7. 1/2 cupbread crumbs

Cooking Instructions

    Take boiled chicken and shred it in a food processor

  2. 2

    Add boiled potato to it and give it a churn

  3. 3

    Add Coriander leaves, Ginger and green chilli paste, salt & red chilli powder. Give a nice churn so that everything gets incorporated well

    Take out the mixture in a bowl and add corn flour and mix well with hands

  5. 5

    Keep corn flour slurry and bread crumbs ready in a plate

  6. 6

    Take small portion from the mix and shape like a cutlet. Dip it in the slurry and coat with bread crumbs

  7. 7

    Heat up a pan, add oil and place the cutlet to fry. Flip when one side is done

  8. 8

    Toast a bun, place lettuce and cheese slice

  9. 9

    Place a thin slice of onion, fried cutlet and then a slice of tomato on it.

  10. 10

    Chicken burger is ready to enjoy with ketchup or some chilli sauce.

Next time dont use ginger,only garlic.
