Ingredients

  1. 500 gspaghetti
  2. Bottom layer
  3. 1 tspcrushed garlic
  4. 1 cupcubed chicken fillet
  5. To tasteSalt
  6. To tastePepper
  7. To tasteLemon pepper
  8. To tasteChilli powder
  9. To taste@inapaarmanskitchen Cajun spice
  10. To taste@inapaarmanskitchen chilli and garlic spice
  11. 1 tbspMixed herbs
  12. 1 tablespoonMayonnaise
  13. 1 sachetAll Gold Tomato and Basil pasta sauce*
  14. White Sauce
  15. 2 cupsmilk
  16. 1 cupwater
  17. 2 tbspbutter
  18. 3 tbsplancewood sweet chilli cream cheese
  19. to tasteSalt
  20. to tastepepper
  21. to tastelemon pepper
  22. to tastecajun spice
  23. to tastemixed herbs
  24. 1 tblspNando's medium sauce
  25. 2 tblspflour
  26. 1/4 cupcheese, grated

Cooking Instructions

    Boil pasta till al dente

    Saute garlic in Olive oil

  3. 3

    Add chicken and spices (Salt, pepper, lemon pepper, chilli powder, cajun spice, chilli and garlic spice, mixed herbs) and cook till chicken is done

    Thereafter add the mayonnaise and the All Gold sachet and mix through

  5. 5

    Layer this at the bottom of a Pyrex dish

    For the white sauce: Heat all ingredients (milk, water, butter, lancewood sweet chilli cream cheese, Salt, pepper, lemon pepper, cajun spice, mixed herbs, Nando's medium sauce) on the stove, once almost boiling, whisk in 2 tblsp flour ensuring no lumps and then add about 1/4 cup cheese (can add more if want it extra cheesy)

    Mix white sauce through the pasta and layer over chicken layer.

    Slice jalapenos and layer over

  9. 9

    Finish with a layer of cheese and grill in oven when ready to serve to melt cheese.
