Fry coarse salt in ghee. Add two and a half tablespoons of ginger and garlic paste and then add chicken

Partly fry then take out

Add ghee, tomatoes, and half glass of water then bring them to a boil

Take the skin off of tomatoes and then add all the other ingredients except ginger that's julienne cut

Cook for 5 to 10 minutes

Add chicken and adjust taste if necessary

Garnish julienne cut ginger add kasuri methi and green chillies.
