Ingredients

  1. 1medium chopped onion
  2. 2medium tomatoes
  3. 1 1/2 inchgrated Ginger
  4. 2 teaspoonsfenugreek
  5. Quarter teaspoon turmeric
  6. Halfteaspoon turmeric to boil in brain
  7. 1and 1/2 teaspoon of red chili pepper
  8. Halfteaspoon garam masala
  9. Less than 1/2 cup of oil
  10. 2green chilies
  11. 1/2 teaspoonSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Boil water. As you see the bubbles add brain with 1/2 teaspoon turmeric. Boil for 8 minutes.

    Fry onions in oil until light brown

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes, ginger, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, green chilies (leave half for garnishing), and salt. 1/2 cup of water with salt

    Cook until oil comes out

  5. 5

    Add brain and cook on low to medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes

  6. 6

    Add fenugreek and green chilies

  7. 7

    Simmer for 5 minutes
