Ingredients

  1. 100 gmsnoodles
  2. 150 gmscabbage
  3. 1medium size carrot
  4. 1small capsicum
  5. 1/4 cuponion
  6. 1/4 cupspring onion
  7. 1 tsp garlic
  8. 2dry red chillies
  9. 2 tbsp oil
  10. Salt
  11. Sugar
  12. White pepper as per taste
  13. .2 tsp Chilli oil
  14. 1 pinchAjinomoto
  15. 1 tbsp soya sauce
  16. 1 tsp chilli sauce
  17. 2 tspvinegar

Cooking Instructions

    Add 4 cups water in large kadhai add salt and 1 t spn oil in it and when it started boiling add noodles and boil it for 4-5 minutes. Remove noodles in seive and keep there for removing excess water. Pour 1 t spn oil on it and mix it.

    Chopped all the veggies in long and thin pieces.

    Heat oil in kadhai on high flame add chopped garlic and dry red chillies in it. Add chopped onion and ajinomoto in it saute it. Add veggies and saute it together.

    Add soya sauce, red chilli sauce in it now add noodles in it. Add salt, sugar and white pepper in it mix it.

    Serve noodles adding chilli oil on it.

    Chilli oil - add 4-5 dry chillies in hot 4tb spn oil seive it and store oil in bottle.
