In a bowl beat d eggs

Add in d seasonings, salt,curry and grated scotch bonnet, pepper and onions and mix

And lastly add-in the grated wara and mix very well

Put ur tanda on stove on a kow heat, put in oil in d holes. When hot add in d awara mixture and turn when its golden brown.... Enjoy...Ummiey MK
