Ingredients

  1. For the dough
  2. 1 tspyeast
  3. 1/4 tspsalt
  4. 1 tbspsugar
  5. 1 cupwarm water
  6. 3 cupsall purpose flour
  7. For the sauce
  8. Tomato paste
  9. 1/2 cupwater
  10. 1 tbspsugar
  11. Topping
  12. 1Onion
  13. 150 gmozzarella cheese
  14. 100 gmince meat

Steps

    Mix yeast,sugar,salt with warm water and let it rest for 30 min.then after 30 min mix your mixture with flour to make a dough also add some oil at the end and let it rest mine did rest for 2 hours and I had covered with kitchen towel.

    For the paste I took tomato paste put it in a sauce pan and the water and let it cook while stirring.

    For the toppings I had cut my onion round shaped, greeted the cheese and prepared my minced;in a sufuria I added cooking oil and then added the mince meat and some salt keep stirring so that it break in small pieces then I added some paprika after a while stirring after 5 minutes its ready.prepare your pan add some oil through the pan and spread your dough next add your paste let it be thin then add some cheese then your mince meat next your onions then more cheese and put in oven let it bake.
