I've never had baby broccoli before and it turns out it's very quick to make and tastes delish. I would recommend it for stir fries.
Sauteed Baby Broccoli
I've never had baby broccoli before and it turns out it's very quick to make and tastes delish. I would recommend it for stir fries.
Cooking Instructions

Rinse the baby broccoli and pat dry.

Warm oil in a wok or large frying pan on medium heat. Toss the baby broccoli in the wok/pan, and lightly saute for about 10 minutes.

Pour in the garlic, soy sauce and salt & pepper to taste. Lightly saute for about 5 mins or until tender.
- 4
Remove from heat and serve.
