Potato coriander paratha with curd
Steps

Mix salt, oil in to wheat flour and make a dough for paratha.

Take an another bowl add mashed potato, green chilli, chopped coriander, chat masala, red chilli powder and coriander powder.

Mix well all the masala and put aside.

Make a chapati with help of rolling pin. Stuff 2 tbsp potato mixture and roll it again

Heat tava on a gas and put paratha on hot tava.

Shallow fry with butter and serve with curd.
