  • 1med.Onion
  • 1 kgTomatoes
  • Halfcup Ketchup
  • Soya Sauce
  • Black pepper
  • Red chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Crush pepper
  • Chilli sauce
  • 1/2 kgChicken strips
  • 2Capsicum
  • 1/4carrot
  • 1Cabbage
  • 1/2 cupOil
  • Big green chillies
  • 2Garlic
  • Chicken powder
  • Spring onion
  • Egg noodles
  • Rice
  • Mayonnaise
  • Chilli garlic sauce
  • Corn flour (if required)

  1. 1

    #Gravy:Heat oil,add one omlet style onion,fry it till golden brown,add one kg tomatoes,cover it.

  2. 2

    When tomatoes become soft;blend it,add ketchup,soya sauce,black pepper,ted chilli powder,salt,crush pepper,chilli sauce bhoonofy

  3. 3

    Add chick. Strips.Fry for 8-10 min. Then add juliene cutted vegies. Add corn flour (if required)

  4. 4

    #Rice ; Heat oil, add green chilli.Fry it.Add chicken powder,black pepper,salt,water.Cook rice.

  5. 5

    Add scrambled egg and green onion.Mix it well & put on dum

  6. 6

    #Noodles...Boil egg noodles.Heat oil in a pan;fry green chilli and garlic.Add soy sauce in it.Toss boiled noodles in a mixture.

  7. 7

    #Topping...Fried garlic,fried green chilli,mayo garlic sauce

  8. 8

    #Assembling...In a casserole spread rice then noodles then gravy,sprinkle fried garlic,fried green chilli.Add mayo garlic.
