  • 1 bunchspinach roughly cut
  • Halfan onion
  • Quarter cup coconut milk or cream
  • to tasteSalt

  1. 1

    In a pan fry onions until translucent then add the coconut milk stir while cooking for 1 min.

    Add your spinach and stir well to mix. Lower the heat and let steam for 3-5 mins

    Remove from heat and serve as a side dish.
