Classical chicken salad
An easy prepared salad for a hot sunny day.
Steps

Add some salt, ginger and rice wine in the boiled water and then put in the chicken beasts. Bring it to boil again.

Remove the pan from the heat and put the lid on. Let the chicken breast soaked in the water for 15-20 minutes until they are cooked.

Chop the onion and soak it in ice cold water.

Dice the chicken and let it cool aside.
- 5
Get a clean bowl and add in celery, red onion, chicken, salt, black pepper and mayonnaise. Mix well and serve. Enjoy!
