Ingredients

6 slicesbrown bread
1 cupmashed paneer
1/2 cupgrated cheese
2chopped onions
2chopped capsicum
1chopped green chilli
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspchat masala
As neededOil for frying

Make a mixture of paneer.cheese.onions.capsicum and green chilli

Mix salt and chat masala

Take 1 slice of bread

Wet and squeeze it

Put 1tsp filling in it

Roll it

Heat oil
8

Fry all the rolls till becomes crispy brown
9

Put on a tissue
10

Serve with mint chutney
