Heat oil in kadhai add cumin and mustard seeds in it

Add cashew pieces and dry it remove it from oil.

Add tomato purie and saute it, add cream stir together till oil releases.

Add dry spices and tomato ketchup. Add 1/2 cup water and capsicum cubs in it and cook it.

Lastly add fried cashew s and raisins in it cook for 2 minutes and serve it.
