Beef tacos

This is an old recipe I've been making for years that I got off America's test kitchen. It's simple enough for a weekday meal and makes enough for leftovers if desired.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat until simmering. Add the onion and cook until softened. Stir in the garlic, spices, and salt (if desired). Cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in the ground beef. Cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until no longer pink.
- 2
Stir in the tomato sauce, broth, vinegar, and sugar. Simmer until thickened.
- 3
Serve with desired toppings. We like tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream.

Everyone loves tacos. This is a simple recipe but packed with flavor. I prefer soft flour tortillas to the hard corn shells. Be sure to buy a “taco holder” as it makes it easier to build the taco and also makes for a nice presentation. fenway -

Tacos Tacos
My family taco recipe for brunch on days off.-You can use a bread maker for step 10! It takes about 15 minutes on "dough mode."-Adding avacados is also delicious.-If you like it spicy, add more tabasco sauce.-Eat them while the tortillas are fresh. Once they cool, they would lose their flavor. Recipe by Anchamin cookpad.japan
