Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Halve an avocado and remove the pit. Scoop a little extra avocado out to make extra room for the pit.

Flip the avocado over (skin side up) and slice the thinnest bit off the bottom to create a flat surface for the avocado to sit. Flip the avocado back over and rest on a baking sheet.

Crack the egg into the avocado as seen in the photos. place the baking sheet in the oven for 15-20mins until the egg white is set. The yolk should be a little runny.

Sprinkle salt and crack fresh pepper over the egg avocado when cooking is complete.

Grab a spoon and enjoy!
