Prepare the marinade paste with above mentioned ingredients

Make deep cuts on both sides of Bangada (3-4 cuts each side)

Wash your fish properly with water, then rub it with some Vinegar

Now apply the prepared marinade on fish and make sure it goes well inside deep cuts and let it rest for 15-20 mins

Make a mixture of rawa and besan, put 1/2 tablespoon salt to it and coat the fish with the mixture

Heat up a pan and 3 tablespoons refined oil and shallow fry fish on both sides 5 mins each and you are done.

Your Malvani rawa fry bangada, crisp from outside moist and juicy inside, perfect for your sunday afternoons.
