Ingredients

2 cupsflour
1/2 cupsugar
1/2 cuppineapple juice
1/2 cupvegetable oil
1/2 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspbaking soda
1/2 tsppineapple flavor (optional)
3/4 cupmilk
1egg

Steps

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl

Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly, then add the flavor and mix
3

Mix the dry ingredients except the pineapple flavor
4

Turn batter into a greased an 8" pan and bake on medium heat until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean
