Onion chopped
Garlic chopped
Red and green bell pepper chopped
Green chili
Salt
cubesSeasoning
Veg oil
Grated mozerella cheese
Toasted sesame seeds
Bread sliced

Steps

1

Heat oil in a pan, fry the garlic and the green chili. Add onion and fry till tender.

Add the bell peppers and fry, sprinkle sesame seeds, season to taste.

Remove from heat, add the parsley and mix, allow to cool.

Cut off the brown edges of the bread, scoop a spoonful of the fillings into the bread.
5

Top with some grated cheese, cover with another slice of bread and toast
