Ingredients

  1. 8-10Agati Flowers
  2. 1 tspred chilli powder
  3. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 2 cupsoil for frying
  6. 1 cupgramflour

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix in all ingredients.Add water and mix it well to avoid lumps.

  2. 2

    Add some water to make a not so thick, not so thin batter.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in kadhai.Dip flowers in the batter and coat it properly.

  4. 4

    Deep fry in oil and transfer it on a paper napkin.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with ketchup.
