Boil one pack of Maggii Noodles(Dont over boil) after that drain the water completely and keep aside

Take a bowl,put the boil Maggii with grated veggies,ginger garlic paste,chopped coriander, 2 sachets of Maggii masala, 1 tbs red chilli powder,sat to taste.Mix all this together.Add besan and flour and give a good mix.

Now take a small ball sized mixture and make a round shaped cutlets.

On separate bowl Take 2 tbsp plain flour, salt to taste, black pepper mix it and add 1/4 cup of water(flowing consistency required).

On separate bowl take 1/4 cup of corn flakes.Now take one cutlet and dip it in prepared flour batter and cover the cutlet from all sides,further coat with crushed corn flakes and fry cutlets on medium low flame till they become brown in colour. Crispy Maggii bomb cutlets are ready.

Serve it with tomato ketchup/chilli sauce
