Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupghee
  2. 250 gmswalnut (grinded coarsly)
  3. 1 cupfresh cream or (can use mava)
  4. 1/2 cupmilk
  5. 1 cupsugar
  6. Pinchcardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add ghee to it..add grinded walnut and stir it for 10 to 12 mins on very low flame..

    Now add fresh cream mix well..than add milk,sugar and cardamom powder stir it continusly..

    Now cover the lid and cook on very low flame for a while..and stir it continusly till the oil separates..it's ready..❣
