Ingredients

  • 1 tbspOil
  • 1 bowlcrash geern peas
  • 1 tsp green garlic
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspgreen onion paste
  • 2 tbspgretted caroot paste
  • 2mash potato
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • Pinchturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspcoriander​ powder
  • 2 tbspschezwan chutney
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2coriander leaves
  • Maide ki salry for coating
  • as neededVarmesli seviyan coating
  • 1/2 cupOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take pan add oil let it heat now add green garlic,gingergarlicpest,greenonion saute it for 2 min.

  2. 2

    Add crash greenpeas,carrot,mash potato cook for 5min

  3. 3

    Then add red chilli,turmeric powder,coriander​ powerd,schezwan chutney,Salt saute 1 min.
    Off the flame.

  4. 4

    Put in bowl add coriander leaves and cool down. ready to stuffing.make a boll shap and coat a maida slary and coat a Varmesli seviyan and deep fry golden brown.

    Ready he chinese kachori.serve with schezwan chutney.
