Minty aloo sabji (for fast)

In curd, add mint paste, cumin and coriander powder, salt as require, black pepper powder. And mix well and keep aside.

Chopped the cooked potato into pieces

Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan, add cumin seeds and let it splitter then add mint and curd mixture and add chopped potatoes too..

Mix well and mash 2-3 potato pieces for thicken the gravy. Let it simmer for 2-3min.

Now transfer into serving bowl and add roasted peanuts, put a little amount of mint chutney and serve with farali chevda or wafers.
