Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Half 4 buns to make 8 slices

Top with all your seasonings then drizzle with olive oil and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.

While bread is baking, make your cheese spread. Mix the two cheeses together, I find mashing with a spoon does this best. Add half the pesto and mix. Top with remaining pesto.
