Heat oil in a frying pan

In a bowl mix the carrots and 1 cup of flour, add the egg.

Mix in the salt, and stir in the rest of the flour till all is mixed well

Spoon in a small amount of mixture to fry in the oil, don't overcrowd the pan. Cook 3 miutes

Turn and mash the mixture just a bit, after 3 minutes. This is to ensure an even cooking of each piece note they will rise as you cook them. Then cook for 3 minutes more on the side already cooked. for a total of about 9 minutes. Then turn once more for just about 30 seconds.

Move to a paper towel, to absorb excessive oils.
