  • 185 gflour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 7eggs
  • 50 gcocoa
  • 150 gcastor sugar
  • 80chocolate chips
  • Strawberries

Steps

    Prepare and measure all the ingredients and set aside

  2. 2

    Mix the dry ingredients, and set aside

  3. 3

    Separate the egg yolk from the egg whites

  4. 4

    Whisk the egg whites, then egg yolks

  5. 5

    Mix in the sugar as you whisk slowly

  6. 6

    Fold in the dry ingredients

  7. 7

    Bake at 180 ° c for 45 minutes
