We had this for our last day of ramadan for iftar. It was so good! The chickens were so soft and tender and you don't need that much energy to chew it 😅

We had this for our last day of ramadan for iftar. It was so good! The chickens were so soft and tender and you don't need that much energy to chew it 😅

Prepare the chickens. Rub them with some lemon juice from 1 lemon and some salt and pepper. Set asie in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Wash and clean all the rest of thr ingredients. No need to peel.

Cut the lemon into 2.

Take the chickens out. Stuff them with the lemon, potatoes, onion, garlics and parsley. Then rub with some butter or oil of your choice.

Then secure them with a toothpick.

Bake them im the prehated oven 200°c for 1 hour or until the chickens are well cooked.

Serve with your favourite side dishes.
