  1. 1 cupkarela skin
  2. 3 cupgram flour
  3. 1 spoonChilli powder
  4. 1/2 spoonturmeric
  5. 1 spoonsalt
  6. 1Lamon juice
  7. 1/2 spoongaram masala
  8. Pinchblack pepper powder
  9. 1/4 spoonBaking soda
  10. As neededOil

Cooking Instructions

    First take karela skin and a bowl mix with salt and rest 10 min

  2. 2

    Karela skin all water remove than in the bowl mix the all ingredients

  3. 3

    Last add soda water necessary add batter is not thick or not thin

  4. 4

    In the pan add oil and heat than add the bhajiya and deep fry slow to medium

  5. 5

    Karela skin bhajiya ready than serve with bhajiya kadhi
