Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and water into gram flour and make thick batter out of it.

Apply red garlic chutney on few pieces of pumpkin and green chutney on another few pieces of pumpkin and cover it with pieces of pumpkin.

Deep pumpkin sandwich into the batter and deep fry until crisp and golden brown.

Pumpkin sandwich pakoda is ready to serve.
