First, add the sweet paprika, minced garlic, and salt to the ground pork. Mix everything well until the meat turns red. (For best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least a couple of hours.)

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Fry them in a skillet with plenty of olive oil until golden and cooked through.

In another skillet, heat a little olive oil and add the pork mixture. Cook, breaking up the meat so there are no large clumps.

Serve the potatoes and pork together on a plate. Sprinkle a little salt over the potatoes.

You can mix them together if you like.
