Prawn flesh cooked with onion, garlic , green mango paste, chilli powder,mustard relish and smashed potato, shaped into balls and deep fried.It is a simple yet tasty recipe.Do try this at home.
Steps

Wash,peel and devein the prawns.Marinate with salt and turmeric powder for 5 minutes.

Peel the skin and roughly chopped the green mangoes into small pieces.Make a fine paste.

Meanwhile cut the marinated prawn flesh roughly into pieces.Keep aside.

Now heat mustard oil in a kadai,add chopped onion into it and fry till golden.

Then add garlic paste, turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt into it and stir well.

Now add green mango paste and sugar into it and mix well.Add mustard relish.

Mix and cook it on medium heat for 2-3 minutes or till the masala starts leaving oil.

Now add prawn pieces.Mix well and cook on low flame for 5-6,keep stirring in between.

Remove the mixture from heat when the prawns pieces cooked completely.

Add smashed potato into the mixture and mix well.Let it be cooled.

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into medium sized round balls.

Coat each balls in flour,dip it in beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a kadai.

Deep fry the balls in hot oil till golden brown and crisp.

Serve hot.
