Ingredients

3boiled potatoes,cut into small cubes
1tomato cut into small cubes
Halfbunch coriander leaves chopped
1green chilli (if chilli is required)
to tasteSalt
16Maanda(samosa sheets)
to tasteSalt
Oil for frying

Steps

Mix all the vegetables.add in salt and mix well.

Fold the samosa sheets and stuff it with the veg mix.fry in medium hot oil until golden brown.Serve with lemon slices.
