Steps

Peel the skin from the litchis and take out the seeds.

Keep them aside.

Wash the shrimp and peel the skin from the shrimp but keep the skin in the tail area minutely.

Marinate the shrimp with salt and turmeric for 5 minutes, put a toothpick in the body of each shrimp from head to tail. So that it should be straight in the time of cooking.

Heat oil in a pan.

Swallow fry the shrimp and keep aside.

Add chopped onions in the remaining oil in the pan.

Add garlic.

Add tomato puree.

Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, garam masala powder accordingly.

Give it a good mix.

Add the fried shrimp in it.

Cook in low flame for 2 minutes.

Now put in inside the litchi.

Now coat the litchi with maida and then coat with beaten egg.

Finally coat with bread crumbs. Repeat the process again to make it more crunchy.

Set in freeze for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes take out from freeze and deep fry them.

Serve hot with sauce.
