In a pan, add oil, once hot, add onions, bell pepper n garlic n sauté till golden brown

Add soy sauce n salt, let it simmer for a few minutes then add the grated tomatoes and a little water, cover n let it simmer

Proceed to add the liver and a little water, let this cook for abt 15-20 minutes

Remove from heat and serve with rice or ugali
