Ingredients

  1. 1 cupWhite millets
  2. 2Onion
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 5-6garlic cloves
  5. 1 pieceginger
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tbspCoriander powder
  8. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  9. as neededRed chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tspKadi patta
  11. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  12. 1 Black cardamom
  13. 1/2 tspGaram masala powder
  14. 1 tbspChopped green coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Soak millets(chane) overnight

  2. 2

    Boil these chane with salt in a pressure cooker.

  3. 3

    Take onions tomatoes garlic and ginger in a mixer grinder.

  4. 4

    Take oil in a pan.add cumin seeds,kadi patta, black cardamom.

  5. 5

    Add grinded mixture to it.xook until it becomes pink.

  6. 6

    Add coriander powder,red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste.

  7. 7

    Add this tadka to boiled chane.

  8. 8

    Add garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
