Ingredients

  1. 3-4boiled potatoes
  2. 3chopped green chillies
  3. Chopped coriander
  4. Singhare ka atta (waterchestnut flour)
  5. Sendha namak
  6. Kali mirch
  7. DESI GHEE/Cooking oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Take boiled potatoes. Mash them roughly in a bowl.

  2. 2

Along with mashed boiled potatoes, add finely chopped green chillies, chopped coriander, sendha namak & black pepper powder.

  3. 3

Now to bind this mix - start adding singhare ka atta in it.

  4. 4

Mix everything nicely. No need to add water in it as boiled potatoes will make the mix good. Still if you think the mix is too dry then add water very little as water chestnut flour itself releases water.

  5. 5

Now heat desi ghee /peanut oil /any cooking oil you use for frying.

  6. 6

Now start dropping mix quickly in the ghee.

  7. 7

Do not flip it. Flip only when you see sides getting golden brown in colour.Else pakodas will start to break.

  8. 8

These pakode tastes way better than any other pakodas. Crispiest & tastier.

  9. 9

Serve these pakodas with mint coriander chutney.Little spicy won't ham.

  10. 10
