In a mixing box mix wheat flour, sugar, salt, black cardamom powder and ghee and mashed it well.

Then gradually add water into it to make dough.

Rest it for 5minutes and then make shapes of flattened cookies, bats and balls.

Then beat the curd and brush it on the prepared cookies and also sprinkle the sugar and poppy seeds on it.

Then press the cashew nuts and almonds on it.

Heat a Kadai and put ghee in it and then deep fry them in low flame till they become brown in colour.

Now your Roths ate ready. Allow it to cool down and sprinkle sugar powder on it and garnish some chopped pistachios on it.

Now your Roths are ready to serve.
