Steps

Wash and dry kathal. Take a pan heat oil for deep fry kathal and fried kathal piece until golden colour.

Now take a another pan. Heat oil add ginger and garlic paste fry it now add onion tomato green chill and fry it now add all masale and fry for 3 minute and add some water and fried kathal add in this material. Cook for 10 to 15 minute. Kathal veg ready to eat.
