In a thick bottomed pan or on a nonstick pan add the condensed milk and the grated paneer and cook on a low flame.

Add a tablespoon of sugar and keep on stirring the mixture till it starts thickening.

Add the cardamom powder and cook on a low flame for 15 minutes. Transfer the mixture to the greased plate and as it cools down cut into desired shapes and serve.
