Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwhole moong
  2. 1 spoongarlic paste
  3. 1 tsp ginger paste
  4. 2-3finally chopped green chily
  5. 1/3 cupcoriander
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Oil as required

Cooking Instructions

    Soak whole moong for 5-6 hour, drain soak whole moong

    Take one mixer jar,add the whole moong, garlic paste,ginger paste, coriander, green chily, crush them,make smooth paste

  3. 3

    Add salt in paste, take non stick tawa grees oil in tawa,spred the whole moong paste roasted both side till the.chila get light golden brown,now ready ours whole moong chila
