Make a dough and soak it in water for 3hr. The dough should be soft and you may use 3 cup water as.. Needed. After 3hr with the help of seiver separate the wheat flour remaining and wheat milk.

Put the wheat milk on boiling. When it reaches porridge consistency add sugar and 2tsp ghee. Saute it because it will form lumbs.

After ever 15min add 2 tsp ghee.and saute it continuously. Do this step 6times.(2 tsp ghee+saute)

Then when it thickens add cardamom powder and after 40 min you will see the ghee seprateds from the mixture then pour it on a tray.

At last sprinkle chopped almonds. And cool it completely and the cut in square shape. You can also say it wheat barfi.
