Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupplain flour (maida) 5 tbsp cornflour 1/2 tsp baking powd
  • 1/2 tspfreshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) salt to taste
  • 3/4 cupwater Other Ingredients oil for deep-frying
  • 1 tspchaat masala for sprinkling

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, dip a few capsicum rings in the batter and drop them in hot oil and deep-fry on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.

    Drain on an absorbent paper.Sprinkle little chaat masala evenly over them and serve immediately.
