Ingredients

2small onions chopped
1big tomato chopped
1/2 tspturmeric
1/4 tspred chilli powder
to tasteSalt
1 tbspChopped coriander leaves
as neededOil

Steps

Heat 2 tsp oil and add onion and salt saute till onion gets transculent.

Then add Turmeric powder + red chilli powder mix and add tomato again mix it.

Cover and keep on a low flame for 5 to 7 mins. Add. Coriander leaves.

Serve with roti.
