15-20Nutrela chunks
4 medium sizeOnion
2Tomato
1/2 teaspoonTurmeric
to tasteSalt
to tasteRed chilli powder
as neededOil to cook

Steps

First dip the chunks in water and keep it aside for 15 minutes

Heat oil in a pan and then add onion cut in long pieces.Fry onions for 5 minutes.

Add tomatoes to it and fry for next 2 minutes.now add all the spices.

Now take the chunks out of water and remove all the water from them.

Add the chunks into the pan and mix well.cover the pan for next two minutes.vegetable is ready to eat.
