Crispy Chilli Babycorn

Marinate the baby corn with all ingredients under marinade except oil. Water add little by little so that the gravy sticks to the babycorn. Deep fry in hot oil and set aside.

Heat oil add the crushed ginger and garlic, curry leaves and saute on high flame till ginger and garlic turn crisp. Add onions and coriander leaves. Saute for a few seconds.

Add chilli sauce, chilli oregano sauce, salt, pepper, sesame seeds and mix well.

Add the fried babycorns and garnish with spring onions, coriander leaves and sesame seeds.
