  • Pumpkin flowers
  • Besan
  • Rice powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the pumpkin flower

  2. 2

    Make a smooth batter of besan and rice powder in a ratio of 1:3

  3. 3

    Add turmeric powder and salt to the batter

  4. 4

    Then dip the flower in the batter and low fry it on a pan till golden brown and serve hot
