Add yeast to warm water, mix and set aside.

In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. Semo, salt and sugar

Add the warm water and mix till you get the desired watery batter just like that of wainar shinkafa

Cover and allow to rise for some hours not necessarily overnight.

After rising, add the pepper and onions and mix well again.

Add oil in a tanda and shallow fry it on medium heat. Flip over till it's well fried.
